Chief Operating Officer
Kim joined Center Point Business Solutions with 14 years of management experience as well as experience in customer relations, sales, and website administration. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing as well as a Master of Business Administration. Kim is a member of SHRM and is certified as a Breath Alcohol Technician and Trainer, including DOT regulations. In addition to being actively involved in her children’s school and her church, Kim has volunteered with the March of Dimes, the Hometown Walk of Hope, Chimes for Charity, and the Tennessee Scholars program.
Jamie was one of the first employees of Center Point Business Solutions and played a key role in defining the business processes and procedures used for our current operations. Jamie is recognized by the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association as a certified professional collector and is certified for DOT collections as well. He enjoys developing training programs and delivering presentations on various HR topics. Jamie also serves on the Main Street board of directors, is a notary public, and a graduate of Leadership Obion County. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking and singing in local churches.
Natasha moved to Tennessee from Southern California in 2017. She joins Center Point Business Solutions with over 7 years of human resources experience. She is a member of SHRM and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources as well as a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Industry Analysis. Natasha received the Volunteer of the Year award in 2016 for her active involvement with Canine Support Teams and their Pawz for Wounded Veterans program. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hiking and walking her dog.

Elizabeth holds a degree in Accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration. She has over twenty years of experience working with various types of businesses from publicly held corporations to small business partnerships. Her experience teaching and working directly with small businesses makes her a great asset in evaluating the needs of our clients. Elizabeth is a WestStar Leadership graduate, Chairman of the Charger Foundation, board member for WLJT, board member for Weakley County 911, board member for WestStar alumni, board member for Weakley County Leadership, member of the Martin Business Association, and is active in her local church.
Whitney is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee and holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Martin. She has over 10 years’ experience working in various accounting roles in many different industries, from publicly-held corporations to construction to public accounting. She enjoys working with small businesses to help them bring the impact of accounting expertise and analysis to their unique business climates. She also strives to assure our clients have an easy and worry-free experience with their payroll taxes. Whitney lives in Martin with her husband and three daughters. She is an active member of the Weakley County Young Professionals, the College of Business Advisory Board at UTM, and the founder of a local non-profit, Project 731.
Pat has over 25 years of experience in payroll processing, accounts payable and customer service. Pat plays a key role in keeping information organized and easily-accessible while assisting employees and job applicants with their questions and request. In Pat's spare time, she enjoys time with her family (especially her grandchildren) and attending church.
